I am so excited spring is here and the time change has happened! It’s still day time most days when we get off work, and I get more and longer walks. I love walking and sniffing my surroundings. If you have a 4-legged family member, please take them out on more walks…even if you have a back yard. My mom says it’s important for you people to get your exercise too, and the walk could help clear your head and calm your mind. I hear her tell our patients all the time that what’s going on between your ears affects your body. If there’s a lot of stress and clutter, your body will respond with physical stress. If there is calm and quiet, the body will respond in kind. I prefer when my mom is calm. Come see us soon! BARK! BARK! BARK!!!
